Since 1983, ACT has developed programs and services that respond to the changing needs of the communities it serves. ACT provides services and supports that help and empower men, women and youth living with and affected by HIV/AIDS. ACT works with gay men, women and youth to increase their knowledge, skills and resilience in the face of HIV/AIDS, and helps to reduce the transmission of HIV in our communities. Unfortunately, more people than ever in Toronto are living with HIV/AIDS, and every day, two new people are infected. With your ongoing support, ACT can continue to deliver important programs and services.
